The short version

I've spent my working life on two sides of the same fence. One side is systems: IT admin for public schools, an engineering firm and Hewlett Packard, then a year building software in my own business. The other side is the tools: trade assistant on construction sites, time in mechanic shops, time on air con and refrigeration jobs, a Cert II in electrotechnology and a Cert II in automotive mechanical.

In between I ran a personal training business full time in a gym, and two ecommerce businesses. Different products, same job every time: build the system, run the system, fix the system when it breaks.

That mix of systems work and time on the tools is why Jetty is built around the way pest control businesses actually operate.

No lock in
No lock in. Month to month or yearly, and you can stop at the end of any month. Your domain is registered in your name and stays with you, and your Google reviews sit on your own Google profile, so those are yours either way. The website, the business number and the automations run on our platform, so they stop when the subscription does. If you want to take the build with you there's a one off handover fee of $1,500 plus GST, and after 12 months with us that fee is waived. We'll tell you all of this before you sign, not after.
